Bio He is a former professional tennis player from the Netherlands.
Kok was first placed in 1986 in the tennis world rankings. In 1989 he reached the semi-finals at the Challenger tournament in Graz, as well as the quarter-finals in Munich. The following year he reached the main field of the Grand Slam tournament in Wimbledon. There he failed in the first round encounter with Dan Goldie in three sets (7-5 6-1 7-5).
Kok and partner Christian Bergström made the doubles quarter-finals of the1989 ABN World Tennis Tournament ( $ 600,000 Grand Prix tournament ) in Rotterdam. He reached the second round of the singles at the same tournament in 1993, having a win over world number 68 Patrik Kühnen (6-4 6-4). However, in the second round he retired against Omar Camporese.

The Dutchman was beaten by Dan Goldie in the opening round of the 1990 Wimbledon Championships.

His highest career ranking in the tennis world rankings in singles reached Kok on July 10, 1989 with 243rd place. In the doubles classification he was listed on March 20, 1989 in 306th place.

He now coaches Dutch Arantxa Rus and Belarusian Anastasiya Yakimova.

In 2007, co-living on Gran Canaria Kok played in the men's team of the Lintorfer TC.
