| Bio | He won six Hungarian National championships. In singles, he won thirteen singles titles in his career and achieved his career-high ATP singles ranking of World No. 12 in April 1982. In doubles with Heinz Gunthardt, he won the French Open in 1981, Wimbledon in 1985 and 3 times (1982-83, 1986) the Master Doubles WCT. He became the Hungarian No. 1 player in 1973 and was a member of the Hungarian Davis Cup team from 1973 to 1985. He won the Amateur European championship (1974) and he was the member of the Kiraly-Cup winning team (1976). From September 1989 to the end of 1990 he was the coach of Goran Ivanisevic.  |
