Bio Married Eugen Franz Maria Popp (b. 12 July 1865 in Regensburg, Germany-), circa 1888

Antonie Kusenberg was the older sister of Clara Kusenberg, later almost always known as Countess Clara von der Schulenburg. Antonie did not play in many tournaments, one of her most notable achievements being an appearance in the final match at the Championships of Berlin tournament in 1897, where she lost to her sister.

Antonie Kusenberg (Popp) and her husband had one child, a boy called Alfred Eugen Franz Popp (21 April 1891-24 May 1963). Accordng to one source, Alfred was born in Salisbury, Rhodesia.

Her sister Clara von der Schulenburg may have employed her sister's name "Mme Popp" as an alias on the French Riviera.
