Bio Sorribes Tormo began playing tennis at the age of six and preferred the clay-court. She has won two WTA doubles titles, seven singles and four doubles titles at ITF events, and reached the semifinal of a WTA International event at Bogota in April 2017. She reached her highest singles ranking of world No. 64 on June 10, 2019 and her highest doubles ranking of No. 62 on July 30, 2018.

Sorribes Tormo made her WTA main-draw debut at the 2015 Rio Open after making it through the qualifying rounds.
Her biggest success on the WTA Tour was her qualifier at the 2015 Family Circle Cup in Charleston, moving into the Round of 16; There she was defeated in position 4 set Sara Errani just in three sentences.
In 2015 she first played for the Spanish Fed Cup team. In the match against Argentina she won her singles match against Paula Ormaechea with 4-6, 7-6(2), 6-1.
Playing for Spain at the Fed Cup, Sorribes Tormo has a win–loss record of 3–3.
